The Privacy Policy governs the use of this website www.truhomefinance.in (“Website/Site”), Our mobile app ( Truhome Finance App) of Truhome Finance Limited (“Truhome Finance /the Company/ We”) and Truhome Finance values the privacy of the user of the Site, borrowers, employees, service providers, vendors, co-lenders, and all other natural persons whose personal data may be collected by the Company (“Individual/ You”).

By recording your consent through the Website/ Mobile App, on an application form, or through other means, You confirm that You have the capacity to enter into a legal binding contract, have read, and understood the Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection, storage and processing of your Personal Data, including SPDI (as defined below) under the terms hereof.

During the course of engagement with Truhome Finance , Personal Data related to the Individual will be collected, however this Personal Data will not be transferred to any unaffiliated party/ies unless otherwise stated at the time of collection or with the approval of the Individual as the case may be.

Truhome Finance collects personal information and SPDI from different categories of individuals for the following purposes:

(a) For users of the website/ Mobile app: Providing and enhancing services on the Website / Mobile App, fulfilling requests for products and services offered and subscribed, communicating, including through delivery of administrative notices, alerts, advice, about products and services offered and subscribed, and personalizing your experience.

(b) For borrowers: Processing loan applications, managing accounts, verifying identity, and complying with regulatory requirements.

(c) For employees: Managing employment records, payroll, and benefits administration.

(d) For service providers and vendors: Contract management, due diligence, and meeting regulatory and operational requirements.

(e) For co-lenders and DSAs: Supporting loan processing, servicing, and customer engagement.

User Rights

The Company provides the Individuals with reasonable access to view and review their Personal Data and request correction and deletion where appropriate or withdraw consent.
