What is the loan tenure for a commercial LAP?

The loan tenure with Truhome Finance for a loan against commercial property is up to 15 years or as per the age norms stated in the Truhome Finance policy.

Can I prepay the loan before the tenure ends?

Yes, you can generally prepay a loan before the end of the term. However, the terms and conditions set by Truhome Finance will determine whether you are able to do so. It is important to check your loan agreement for specific details and discuss the matter with your lender in order to avoid prepayment penalties or fees.

Is there a credit score requirement for commercial property loans?

Yes, you can avail a commercial property loan without insurance. However, it is recommended that you insure your property to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

Can I apply for Truhome Finance's Commercial Property Loan if my commercial property is under construction?

No, you cannot apply for the Truhome Finance Commercial Property Loan for under construction properties.
