Any complaint directly received by the corporate office from the customer will be addressed in consultation with the branch concerned. Similarly, complaints received at branches other than through the Complaint Register shall be recorded in the Complaint Register and redressed in consultation with the Corporate Office. Truhome Finance will provide facilities at each of its branches and offices for customers to lodge and/or submit their complaints or grievances if any.
